Refund policy

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, simply by write to us at retruns@printkens.com and we’ll surely assist you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request. Printkens shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

*** All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us***

Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on printkens.com. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 14 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable (no exceptions)
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Instances of abuse of the Printkens Return Policy.

Faulty Goods: On the very rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, PRINKENS will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.

Partial refunds: In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Printkens is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Printkens will either provide a store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product.

Cancellation: A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “Processing” or “In transit”. The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. A maximum of 3 business days is required by us to initiate the refund once a cancellation request is received.

Credit issues: The credits against the customer's credit card account normally take three (3) business days to be processed. After this, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of processing to show the said credits in the customer's account.

At Printkens, we’ve always got you covered, and we stand by our products. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a refund. Please see our Help & FAQs page for more details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Printkens.
