At Printkens, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. We currently ship to;
- All 50 states within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes.
- All APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
**Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional. processing time**
- Delivery times to these locations can be up to 30 days due to transit time. Unfortunately, we're not able to take any action on orders in transit until an order is marked delivered.
- All shipments are subject to the importation laws of the local government
Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of some unusual conditions the delivery may take some time, but in such cases we will keep you updated.
All orders are shipped using various reputable local and international carriers, and the order delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:
*Timeframes are in effect once the shipment has cleared customs, which typically takes four days but can take up to two weeks

We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet and plan to do it soon.
NOTE: After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders depending on a number of factors can still take up to 4 business days. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. Domestic fulfilment warehouse (within the USA) usually takes 2-5 business days, while international fulfilment warehouse delivery usually takes about 5-10 business days to arrive at the destination. * On individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product*
Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account.
In-Transit: Time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to the Shipping chart above and FAQ’s.
Printkens is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
In case there’s a delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Printkens shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
Shipping Fees: Any applied shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from printkens.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit or refund issued.
Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you. Please also note that some orders may be sent in multiple shipments; you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails if your order has been split shipped.
